BORIS Johnson is in a flap after plans to revamp his £3.8million pad face being hampered by bats.

The former Prime Minister's attempts to do up his moated nine-bed mansion have already been delayed by fears over newts and calls for an archaeological dig.

Now he wants to demolish and rebuild an extension originally built for servants.
