LIVERPOOL FANS TO SUE ON CUP CHAOS

FOOTBALL supporters are set to launch a group legal claim worth up to £5million against UEFA over trouble at the Champions League Final.

More than 1,200 Liverpool fans have already asked to join the action expected to be lodged in court within weeks – with at least 1,000 more expected.

Claimants include fans tear-gassed by police and those who suffered injuries, including stabbings, in attacks by local gangs before and after the match at the Stade de France in Paris in May.
