TRAGIC KYLE GUEST'S FAMILY MAY SUE ITV

THE family of a Jeremy Kyle guest who died after failing a lie detector test are poised to sue ITV, five years after the show was axed in the aftermath of the tragedy.

Steve Dymond was found dead at his home of a morphine overdose and heart problem seven days after appearing on the programme.

The digger driver's family are preparing for legal action pending the outcome of an inquest, set for September, at which Mr Kyle, 58, is due to give evidence.
