THE eco warrior accused of hurling soup at Van Gogh's Sunflowers painting is plotting a summer of mayhem, starting Tuesday.

Phoebe Plummer warned that Just Stop Oil will bring London to a halt with slow marches.

She said the group will carry on "day after day, week after week, month after month" until Tories stop licensing new oil, gas and coal projects. At a meeting of 50 supporters in Shoreditch, East London, on Friday, Ms Plummer, 21, said: "At a traditional march you get thousands.
