The districts tour of KCR would be the first since unveiling his national ambitions and renaming TRS as Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and in the midst of a tug-of-war with BJP over Poachgate where four TRS MLAs were allegedly approached by three middlemen to shift allegiance to the saffron party.

On December 4, the CM will address a huge public meeting at a private college ground in Mahbubnagar after inaugurating the new integrated collectorate complex in the district, said excise and sports minister V Srinivas Goud.

The CM will also be inaugurating a slew of other projects during his tour of Mahbubnagar, including laying the foundation stone for a super speciality hospital in place of the old collectorate, inaugurate the TRS party office near the bus stand and lay the foundation stone for various projects at the mini tank bund, Srinivas Goud said.
A senior TRS leader said CM KCR's tour to Mahabubabad and other districts was still being finalised.
Mahabubabad district has a sizeable population of tribals and the CM is expected to make crucial announcements on podu lands issue and is likely to even start distribution of pattas, giving rights to eligible tribals to cultivate on litigation-free forest land. Tribal welfare minister Satyavathi Rathod, along with her cabinet colleagues, has been touring the district ahead of CM's tour. Though KCR has planned a grand public meeting on December 9 in New Delhi to announce the national agenda of BRS, party leaders refused to confirm the date.
