New Delhi: Films are certified by the Central Board of Film Certification and filmmakers approach courts when there is a controversy, Union information and broadcasting minister Anurag Thakur said at the Times Now Summit 2022 on Thursday, while reacting to a question over why the government does not step in to protect filmmakers when they run foul of ‘fringe elements.’
