Home-decor brand Jonathan Adler sold itself to investment firm Consortium Brand Partners and a partner, the companies told The Wall Street Journal.

CBP, which owns Reese Witherspoon's fashion brand, Draper James, as well as ath-leisure brand Outdoor Voices, bought Jonathan Adler for an undisclosed price.

The retail brand, launched in 1993 by the eponymous potter and designer, generates about $150 million in annual revenue, CBP Managing Partner Cory Baker said in an interview.
