► Finally do something with all those travel photos. I recently came across a wonderful photo book my kids put together for our trip to Australia in 2014 and immediately vowed to do more of them. My problem is perfectionism. I think the photos have to be in a certain order from the trip, every stop documented, the cover shot prize-winning. So they never get done. Ditto turning favorite travel photos into artwork, which is as simple as a trip to Walgreens. My son turned a stunning shot of Oeschinen Lake in Switzerland into the centerpiece dining room art. And I pledge to fill out the rest of the states in the thoughtful photo frame shaped like a U.S. map his girlfriend gave me for Christmas.
