<p><strong>ీ సోచి, అక్టోబరు 6: </strong>భారత్, రష్యా మధ్య విభేదాలు సృష్టించేందుకు పశ్చిమ దేశాలు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయని రష్యా అధ్యక్షుడు వ్లాదిమిర్ పుతిన్ ఆరోపించారు. అయితే ఢిల్లీ ప్రభుత్వం తమ పౌరుల ప్రయోజనాల కోసం స్వతంత్రంగా పనిచేస్తోందని, అందువల్ల పశ్చిమ దేశాల కుతంత్రాలు ఆ దేశంపై పనిచేయవన్నారు. సోచి నగరంలోని రష్యన్ బ్లాక్ సీ రిసార్ట్లో జరిగిన ఓ కార్యక్రమంలో పుతిన్ పాల్గొని కీలక ప్రసంగం చేశారు. పశ్చిమ దేశాలు తమ గుత్తాధిపత్యాన్ని అంగీకరించని ప్రతి దేశాన్ని శత్రువుగా చూపించేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయి. భారత్ సహా అన్ని దేశాలు ప్రమాదంలోనే ఉన్నాయి. కానీ భారత ప్రభుత్వం తమ దేశ ప్రజయోనాల కోసం స్వతంత్రంగా పనిచేస్తోంది. అది స్వతంత్ర దేశం. అందువల్ల రష్యా నుంచి ఢిల్లీకి దూరం చేసే ప్రయత్నాలు, అర్థం లేని చర్యలే' అని పుతిన్ పశ్చిమ దేశాలపై విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు. ఉక్రెయిన్ రష్యా సైనిక చర్య నేపథ్యంలో మాస్కో నుంచి చమురు కొనుగోళ్లపై అమెరికా, ఐరోపా సమాఖ్య వంటి పశ్చిమ దేశాలు ఆంక్షలు విధించాయి. అయినప్పటికీ భారత్ రష్యా నుంచి చౌక ధరకు చమురు దిగుమతి చేసుకోవడంపై విమర్శలు వెల్లువెత్తాయి. ఢిల్లీ నిర్ణయాన్ని కొన్ని దేశాలు తప్పుబట్టాయి. ఈ పరిణామాలపైనే పుతిన్ స్పందిస్తూ పశ్చిమ దేశాలను దుయ్యబట్టారు. ఇక భారత్ అధ్యక్షతన ఢిల్లీలో జరిగిన జి20 దేశాధినేతల శిఖరాగ్ర సమావేశంతో పాటు దక్షిణాఫ్రికాలో జరిగిన బ్రిక్స్ సదస్సుకు హాజరుకాకపోవడంపై పుతిన్ తాజాగా స్పందించారు. తన వల్ల ఆ సదస్సులు పొలిటికల్ షో'గా మారకూడదనే తాను ఆ సమావేశాలకు గైర్హాజరైనట్లు తెలిపారు. సమావేశాల సమయంలో నా స్నేహితులకు ఎందుకు సమస్యలను సృష్టించాలి?' అని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా భారత ప్రధాని నరేంద్రమోడీపై పుతిన్ మరోసారి ప్రశంసలు జల్లు కురిపించారు. మోడీ నాయకత్వంలో భారత్ మరింత బలంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతోందని కొనియాడారు. రష్యా మాదిరిగానే భారతీయులు కూడా ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా తమ ముద్ర వేస్తున్నారని ప్రశంసించారు. ఉక్రెయిన్పై సైనిక చర్యకు పాల్పడినందుకుగానూ ఈ యేడాది మార్చిలో అంతర్జాతీయ క్రిమినల్ కోర్టు పుతిన్పై అరెస్టు వారెంట్ జారీచేసిన విషయం విదితమే. దీంతో ఐసిసి సభ్య దేశాల్లో ఆయన పర్యటిస్తే అరెస్టు చేసే అవకాశాలుంటాయి. అందుకు ఆయన రష్యా నుంచి ఏ దేశానికి వెళ్లట్లేదు.</p>
