<p><strong>న్యూఢిల్లీ, డిసెంబర్ 8:</strong> ఓ న్యాయమూర్తిగా చట్టం, రాజ్యాంగానికి తానో సేవకుడినని భారత ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ డీవై చంద్రచూడ్ పేర్కొ న్నారు. నిర్దేశించి స్థాయిని అనుసరించాల్సి ఉం టుందని చెప్పారు. కొలీజియం వ్యవస్థలో సం స్కరణలు అవసరమనే అంశాన్ని ధర్మాసనం దృష్టికి సంస్కరణలు అవసరమనే అంశాన్ని ధర్మా సనం ఓ న్యాయవాది తీసుకువచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో సీజేఐ ఇలా మాట్లాడారు. కోర్టులో కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రారంభంకాగానే సీజేఐ జస్టిస్ డివై చంద్రచూడ్, జస్టిస్ జేబీ పార్దీవాలా, జస్టిస్ మనోజ్ మిశ్రాలతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం సమా రోజువారీ&nbsp;వేశమైంది. ఇదే సమయంలో మాథ్యుస్ జే నెడుం పారా అనే న్యాయవాది కోర్టు ముందు ఓ అం శాన్ని ప్రస్తావించారు. కొలిజియం వ్యవస్థలో సం స్కరణల అవసరంతోపాటు సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది హోదా రద్దు వంటి అంశాలను ధర్మాసనం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. వీటిపైన ధర్మాసనం స్పందిస్తూ మీ మనసుకు నచ్చిన అంశాన్ని చెప్పే స్వేచ్ఛ మీకు ఉంది. భారత ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తిగా, ముఖ్యం గా ఓ న్యాయమూర్తిగా మొదట నేను చట్టం, రాజ్యాంగానికి సేవకుడిని నిర్దేశించిన స్థాయిని అనుసరించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. నాకు ఇది నచ్చింది.నేను ఇది చేస్తా అని చెప్పలేను అని జస్టిస్ డీవై చంద్రచూడ్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఇదిలా ఉంటే, న్యాయవాదుల్లో కొందరికి సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది హోదా ఇవ్వడానికి సవాల్ చేస్తూ నెడుంపారా దాఖలు చేసిన ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యాన్ని గతేడాది అక్టోబర్లోనే సుప్రీం కోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది.అడ్వొకేట్స్ చట్టం-1961లోని నిబంధనల రం సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది హోదాను ఇచ్చే యం త్రాంగం ఏకపక్షంగా కృత్రిమంగా లేదని, ప్రతిభ ఆధారిత ప్రక్రియ అని స్పష్టంచేసింది.</p>
