As a beloved Hallmark star, recent contestant on The Masked Singer, founder of the nonprofit HollyRod Foundation and spokesperson for the “Time To Go” campaign for women with overactive bladder, Holly Robinson Peete is hitting her stride at 58—and loving it. “I’ve learned the hard way that we all fail,” she shares with FIRST. “I’ve come back from so much in life, but those challenges have also taught me that things will be okay.”

It’s the best!” That’s because doing art by hand boosts confidence, increases working memory and slashes stress by up to 60%.
