The move that ends neck pain

Sitting at a computer for long stretches can put a strain on the neck, causing frustrating muscle aches. To stop the pain in its tracks, press firmly into the sore spot, then slowly rock your head from side to side until you find the position that produces the biggest stretch in the sore muscle.
