Emma Heming Willis the mother of the star's two youngest daughters, Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, nine-fought back tears during a television interview in which she admitted she couldn't tell if the Hollywood A-lister was aware of his illness.
Its "hard to know", Emma shared.
The former model, 45, said it was bittersweet to watch Mabel and Evelyn caring for their dad.
"I think my kids would be great no matter what," she confided.
