Instagram's Queen of Clean, Mrs Hinch, is something of a housework fairy godmother to her 5 million followers. Sharing hacks, must-have products, and her family's adventures, she's become a cleaning sensation - but how does the mum of two keep Hinch Farm, which is worth £1.1 million and boasts 1.7 acres of land, looking immaculate? As we head into the new year, it's a great time to spruce up your home. Here, Mrs Hinch - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - tells you how.
Clutter begone!
When you've got a spare five minutes, it's tempting to put off jobs, choosing to sit on the sofa and scroll through social media instead. But not on Sophie's watch. The cleaning guru came up with a clever and entertaining way to tidy her home in no time at all the declutter jar. 'It's as simple as a jar filled with numbers from one to 30, folded up,' she says. 'Then each day when you get the chance, you just take one out and you find that number of objects around the home or garden and you either recycle it, donate it or bin it.' Sophie continued, 'You just empty that amount of items - it can be little things that you don't realise build up.'
Multipurpose must-haves!
