Burger fries

YOU WILL NEED
600g frozen French fries 1tbsp each garlic and onion powder 150g bacon lardons 400g beef mince 5 gherkins, finely chopped Small bunch parsley, finely chopped 1 pickled jalapeno, seeds removed, finely chopped 1tsp Dijon mustard 3tbsp tomato ketchup 4tbsp mayonnaise 100g Cheddar, grated
HOW TO DO IT
Heat the oven to 200C Fan/Gas 7. Toss the fries with the garlic and onion powders and season with salt. Spread evenly on a baking tray and cook for 20 mins, until golden.
Meanwhile, fry the lardons over a medium-high heat until golden. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon, leaving the fat. Crumble mince into the pan and fry for 5 mins until cooked, then set aside.
