Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha has revealed there's new tension in her marriage due to her recent 'life-changing' diagnosis of ADHD. The star has been married to TV producer Mark Adderley, 52, for 20 years and despite Nadia often sharing titbits about their personal life on telly and online, they've continued to be one of showbiz's strongest couples - perhaps, until now.
The couple have navigated choppy waters before and been open about their marriage struggles – Mark has suffered depression and alcohol addiction, and also has ADHD, and the pair were living a party ‘off the rails’ lifestyle before they had children. Nadia even admitted last year how they’d ‘grabbed the relationship from the jowls of death so many times’, adding that ‘addiction, menopause, and children’ had sucked the oxygen out of it.

Now Nadia, 58 – who tearfully revealed in November she’d been living, undiagnosed, with ADHD since childhood – admits she ‘never feels listened to’ by Mark. Speaking on the couple’s podcast, How to Stay Married (So Far), Nadia told her husband, ‘I looked into ADHD before I knew I was. I looked up the [prescribed] drugs you’d done and side effects.

'THAT'S NOT MY BABY'
Lying in the hospital bed, my husband Michael had tears of happiness in his eyes as he showed me a photo on his phone. 'Here she is,' he said proudly.
