HIGH FIVE

Create these tasty dinners with just a few ingredients

SESAME-CRUSTED PORK & NOODLES

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS + SOAKING & RESTING COOK 30 MINS

• 2 tbsp sesame seeds

• 300g pork fillets

• 500g fresh chow mein noodles

• 850g packet frozen (or fresh) stir-fry vegetables

• ½ cup oyster sauce

1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

2 Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Roll pork over to coat. Heat a large, oiled frying pan on high. Brown pork 3-4 mins on all sides. Transfer to tray.

3 Bake 15 mins until just cooked through. Rest, loosely covered with foil, 10 mins. Thickly slice.

4 Cook noodles following packet directions.

5 In an oiled wok, stir-fry vegetables 2-3 mins. Add sauce, 1/3 cup water and noodles. Stir-fry 1-2 mins.

6 Serve pork on a bed of noodles, drizzled with extra sauce. Sprinkle with sliced red chilli, if liked.

TIP

You could add 1 tsp five-spice powder when stir-frying the vegetables, if you like.
