Owner Adrian Portelli is said to be "rapt" after the five-bedroom Melbourne property sold at auction last week, despite selling for a loss.
The Block serial bidder sold the property for $3.245 million - a $1.055 million loss for the young entrepreneur.
He initially tried to give the house away on his promotions platform LMCT Plus but the raffle winner decided to take home the $2.2 million prize money instead.
