"There's something so 66 liberating about releasing your inner child - like going on a swing. There's an adult swing just outside King's Cross Station in London, near to where I record my Reasons to Be Joyful podcast. It's such a freeing experience, and I go on it often. People come up to me and say, 'I wish I had the nerve to do that.' I've helped people up on it and they really enjoy it.
