Food isn’t always joyous, as we all know. Sensitive tummies can wreak havoc after even the most wonderful meals, and let’s not even talk about getting the guilts about something we did or didn’t eat. Food is a bit of a minefield like that, and that is what this issue of nourish is all about: finding the things that make us both healthy and happy. And who better to put food on the cover than the bubbly Lola Berry. She’s just released an entire book about foods that ‘make you glow’ from the inside out.
