All of this and more is true of “architect diva” Zaha Hadid, whom we sadly lost earlier this year. The world of architecture—and the world in general, such was Hadid’s impact—has mourned her passing, and we pay homage to her this issue. We’re also sad to say goodbye to local legend Han Awal, founder of the renowned architecture firm Han Awal & Partners.
