Comprometidos con lo que importa es el título del artículo que trae nuestro editor Jorge Neri y en el que aborda la filosofia que impulsa desde Cambio16. En este número reafirma la importancia que tiene el ejercicio responsable del periodismo, sobre todo en estos tiempos en que asistimos a una tenebrosa ceremonia de la confusión, orquestada por quienes, impulsados por el desenfrenado galope de este jinete apocalíptico, pretenden sacar tajada del dolor y la muerte.

“Como los médicos y los enfermeros, el personal sanitario que cosecha nuestros aplausos cotidianos desde el confinamiento, los camioneros, las fuerzas de seguridad y tantos otros profesionales que contribuyen desde la primera línea a combatir esta descomunal calamidad, los periodistas estamos a la vanguardia de la cohesión social y, como servicio público, contribuimos mediante la información y la verdad a la concienciación y la tranquilidad de que, a sabiendas de que el enemigo es poderoso y cruel, podemos vencerlo”, señala la edición 2.266 en su prólogo.
