The November issue of Kairos contemplates on the recent Supreme Court verdicts that have revolutionized the media and the youth, and how certain misconceptions are creeping into the society in the name of freedom and progressiveness. Cover stories by Dr. Hussain Madavur and Krishnaraj S. justifies that courts should consider the cultural and religious traditions and moral heritage of the people before making lawful decisions. Fr. Mathew Illathuparambil specifies the approach of the Catholic Church towards the Supreme Court decrees on homosexuality and extra marital relationships. Amal Tom interviews the Psychotherapist and Consultant Psychologist of Ernakulam Outreach Space, Jeo P George, who responds to the questions of young people about the Supreme Court verdict on homosexuality.
