MEGA’s April issue goes back to the person who deserves all credit for striving, loving, forgiving, dreaming, and pushing through amidst life’s hurdles: You. The self-love issue challenges you to conquer and quash external validation and societal norms so you can begin—again—to understand who you are at this stage in your life and who you want to be.

Fronting the cover is Kathryn Bernardo, who, in the past few months, has learned to grow in letting go and loving herself more than she’s ever had in her life. Read about her story of freedom in her most candid interview yet.
