In the third issue of Design Anthology we attempt to tackle a phenomenon that is prevalent in Asia and is quickly becoming a universal concern as big cities around the world continue to grow — living in increasingly smaller spaces in increasingly high-density environments. We give you a tour of four small inspiring homes in Hong Kong and a landmark shared housing project in London. We look at some inspiring examples of how Dutch architects are working in one of the most density-challenged nations in the world. Plus much more.
