1 NAXOS - GREEK ISLANDS

Best for lagoon / ‘combi’ conditions / multi sport

Naxos is a unique location with 2 sailing spots - an enclosed lagoon with shallow, flat water conditions suitable for slalom, freestyle, kids and lessons. The second, more advanced spot, has offshore swell and bump and jump. You can sail between both. The prevailing Meltemi wind blows from April to November, with peak months 15-25 knots+ for 70%+ days. The centre offers kit for beginners to high spec rental, free bikes, SUP, snorkelling, catamaran sailing plus instruction camps. The beach bar restaurants offer a la carte, BBQs and sociable bar, a few minutes’ walk from your accommodation. Or head into the historical old town, just a short walk for historic sights, shopping and many dining options.

2 KARPATHOS - GREEK ISLANDS

Best for undiscovered / all levels / 3 bays

One of the most southerly of the Greek Islands, Karpathos is part of the Dodecanese, lying east of Crete and Rhodes. Relatively undiscovered by tourists, with beautiful deserted beaches, idyllic mountain villages and cosy tavernas with the main industries fishing and farming the olive groves. The Bay of Afriartis offers the perfect place to unwind except on the water. The 3 sailing spots – Gun Bay, Devils Bay and Chicken Bay offer a choice of wind strengths with flat water, speed track, increasing chop and wind waves depending on the location. The centre is sociable with options for mountain bikes tours and climbing.

3 KOS - GREEK ISLANDS

Best for families / nightlife / multi sport
