With a month to go until 2017’s edition of Cityscape Global opens its doors, we look ahead to what has become one of the most important events in the real estate industry’s calendar.
Since 2002, the cream of the crop of the real estate industry have been drawn to Dubai for what has become an indispensable trade show for the world’s leading developers, architects, investors, governments, service providers and buyers.
Cityscape Global will open the doors to its 16th edition on Monday, September 11, for three days of exhibitions, presentations, seminars, discussions, networking opportunities - not to mention the usual high-profile project launches and multi-million-dollar deal announcements.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, organiser Informa Exhibitions will be hopeful of eclipsing 2016’s participant figures that reached an impressive 38,055. In the same year there were some 272 exhibitors, with 86 countries represented in various ways across the three-day event.
This year more than 300 exhibitors are expected, with thousands of projects to be showcased. Among those exhibiting at the show will be regional giants including Dubai Properties, Nakheel, Union Properties, Dubai South, Damac Properties, Dubai Holdings, DMCC, Expo Dubai 2020, Sobha, Meraas Developments, Meydan Group and many more.
There is also a conference featuring some of the biggest names in the industry, taking place on Sunday, September 10 – a day before the exhibition opens its doors.
