Fair trade single-origin brands are becoming a more significant part of the conversations, and with demand for speciality beans growing, coffee subscriptions are also around the corner creating distinctive experiences for connoisseurs. From the Indian market's perspective, there is a very significant and positive change in how coffee is perceived. Consumers have become more aware of what coffee they want to consume and are very specific about their needs because there's a lot more information available on the beans and roasting process.
