The change from the traditional workplace to the digital workplace was gradual. Businesses adapted themselves to the evolving changes and trends, slowly updated themselves, and reached where they are today. Even though, as humans, we will remain the same, the machines, technology, and concepts will change over time.

But will these digitally disrupted workplaces remain the same? Or will they have new names and modified forms given new methods? Or will the machines evolve and mimic human tendencies?

A digital workplace can be defined by saying that it is a virtual equivalent to the physical workplace. Since it is critical to people's productivity, engagement, and working health, this must be planned and handled logically.

A digital workplace provides employees with a comprehensive collection of digital tools to help them manage their daily tasks. Though the precise definition of a digital workplace varies based on the size, requirements, and business issues faced by the organization, at its heart, a digital workplace is about simplifying internal business operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
