A unique aspect of the Institute of Advanced Networking Technology is that it offers integrated certifications in IT training at probably the lowest price in the IT education industry. As this profile of the company indicates, it is driven by the need to create employment opportunities for the increasing youth population of the country
In the changing world scenario with regard to industry and the job market, there is now a compelling need for skilled workers. However, the definition of ‘skill’ in India, and the world in general, has also changed over recent years. India is relatively a young nation with about 28 million youth population being added every year. Over 50% of its population is below 25 years while 65% is aged below 35. In 2020, the average age of an Indian is expected to be 29 years, while it will be 37 for China and 48 for Japan. As former President Pranab Mukherjee once said in a CII event, “We often boast about India’s demographic dividend. But the question that arises is what we do with this if we cannot skill them, if we cannot educate them and cannot enhance their employability.”
This is where companies like Institute of Advanced Networking Technology (IANT) come into existence. IANT, an IT training company, globally recognised for international certification training, is founded by its Chairman Dr. R F Kherani, who has worked his way up from the role of a trainer and centre manager. Being a technical person who has interacted with students at the grass-root level, he established a 3600 ecosystem consisting of world-class Learning Management Solution (LMS), certified faculties and state-of-the-art labs. This resulted in effective learning of students. The company claims to train more than 2.2 lakh students who have successfully completed their course from IANT centres across India.
