DEFIANT Britney Spears is determined to seize control of her life from a prison-like court conservatorship by getting hitched to her boytoy lover AND knocked up, sources say.

The feisty 39-year-old pop superstar recently told a judge her dad and other conservators had forced her to use birth control and forbade her from marrying 27-year-old fitness model Sam Asghari, her beau of three years.

But now she’s had it — and intends to marry, get preggers and move with Sam from L.A. to Hawaii while she battles for control over her $60 million fortune in court, insiders tattle.

“Britney doesn’t care what anyone has to say on this subject, she’s dead set on making her own rules now and creating a brand-new life for herself,” an insider dishes.
