Coroner Joshua Perper reveals chilling truth about beauty’s death 14 years after tragedy

SULTRY model Anna Nicole Smith didn’t have to die!

That’s the explosive revelation of coroner Dr. Joshua Perper, who has finally disclosed what really killed the 39-year-old blond bombshell on Feb. 8, 2007, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla.

Now, in an exclusive interview on the 14th anniversary of her passing, Perper details the strange bruises and injuries he discovered on Anna Nicole’s body after her fatal meltdown.

The Playboy pinup, Guess jeans model, and reality star had arrived for a four-day stay in Room 607 on Feb. 5, but began suffering from severe stomach flu, a 105-degree fever, profuse sweating and had a massive pus-filled abscess on her buttocks from repeated self-administered unsterile injections!

Her death three days later was shrouded in mystery because it happened so suddenly and her beloved son, Daniel, 20, had died five months earlier under puzzling circumstances in the Bahamas.

“There was talk at the time that both Daniel and Anna Nicole could have been victims of murder,” says a source close to authorities.
