SCANDAL-SCARRED first son Hunter Biden is loving the good life in Malibu, but sources say the former junkie’s making life miserable for his neighbors, who are in a tizzy over the chaos he’s brought to their peaceful, upscale enclave!

President Joe Biden’s privileged and filthy rich 51-year old son, a former crack and booze abuser whose business dealings with China and Ukraine were investigated by the feds, moved into a $20,000-a-month rental with wife Melissa Cohen and their toddler son, Beau, in early June.

Sources snitch his invasion has triggered turmoil for the rest of the people who have lived in the posh enclave for years in peace and quiet.

“Hunter’s brought the Secret Service and all the unwanted attention that goes with his notoriety, and neighbors aren’t happy,” spills an insider.

“He didn’t even buy the house, he’s renting it, and he is lording over them all like he’s a king.
