She once played action woman Lara Croft on the big screen, but now Angelina Jolie is becoming more famous as the incredible shrinking woman!

The actress, currently in the throes of a difficult and very public divorce from Brad Pitt, stepped out on a shopping run in LA on January 27 – and onlookers where shocked with her emaciated appearance.

“She looked totally strung out and thinner than ever,” declares one eyewitness. “Her cheeks were hollow, the clothes were falling off her body and her bones were jutting out all over the place. Even more shockingly, some of her limbs seemed to be as thin as those of her daughter!”

Gasp! Upon investigation (see box below), NW has learned that Ange, 43, is so skinny that her measurements are indeed comparable to those of 10-year-old Vivienne, the youngest member of her family along with twin brother Knox.
