For Jennifer Aniston, 50 is the golden age, with the star continuing to flaunt a taut and toned body that most twentysomethings would kill for. However, NW can reveal it’s not just good genes at play, as Jen has to work hard to look this amazing – with her secrets including pre-dawn gym sessions (we’ll pass) and odd beauty rituals.

“Jen’s up at 3am for her first workout, then she has all kinds of classes ranging from boxing to yoga, Pilates and resistance training,” spills a close pal of the star, who turned the big 5-0 in February. “It doesn’t just happen. She works hard, harder than she’s ever done in her life! The pay-off is she has a body to die for and she’s loving it.

“After working out, she’ll finish off with a steam bath that cleanses her pores of all the built-up toxins.”
