The bootylicious mom-of-four, 40, has been flooding her social media with bikini-clad “thirst trap” pictures, but insiders claimed Kim’s nowhere near ready to hop back into the sack — especially with Kanye, 44, parading his new squeeze, Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, 35, in public!

“Kim’s friends and sisters think it would do her a world of good to just arrange a booty call or two, but she’s nervous about it,” dished a source.
