Now legal experts say Nicole’s testament from beyond the grave would have put the hulking former NFL “hero” away for life!

In her own words, Nicole described her life before, during and after their marriage as a “living hell” — and on June 3, 1994, nine days before she was brutally slaughtered, she wrote that O.J. threatened her, roaring: “You’re gonna pay for this, bitch … You’ve got it coming.”

That “testimony” would likely have convinced the jury it was Simpson who slashed Nicole’s throat so savagely, her head was nearly severed from her body, according to a leading attorney.

“Had Nicole’s diaries been admissible, it certainly could have impacted the outcome of the trial — and resulted in a guilty verdict and a lifetime prison sentence,” renowned New York City lawyer Peter Gleason told The ENQUIRER. “The diaries would have shown all of Simpson’s prior bad acts and his propensity to inflict harm on another human being.”
