Denise ‘devastated' over Dancing On Ice exit

Sources say the TV star wanted to carry on in the contest until learning just how bad her shoulder injury was

Denise Van Outen is said to be devastated over her exit from Dancing On Ice, with sources close to the injured star insisting she was desperate to carry on.

The TV presenter and actress, 46, had wowed viewers with her skills during her stint in the contest, despite suffering a nasty fall during training.

But she was forced to quit after finding out her injuries were more serious than first thought – telling fans her shoulder has three fractures as well as a partial dislocation.

“Denise was a trouper and performed in so much pain. She’s hardcore and isn’t a quitter. But she knows if she didn’t stop, she would have had a long-lasting life injury,” a source told new.
