Gemma ‘Feels Confident' After Ditching Yo-Yo Dieting

The ex-TOWIE star is ‘happy with her figure’ as she keeps up her new healthy lifestyle

She’s been very open about her fluctuating weight over the years but Gemma Collins is finally feeling positive about her figure after ditching yo-yo dieting for good.

“Gemma feels great about her body. She feels confident in what she’s wearing and is really flattered by all the compliments she’s getting,” a source told new.

“It’s taken her a long time to get in shape and she’s made no secret of the diets and quick fixes she’s turned to in the past. But this time around she’s focused on her health and happiness and it’s made all the difference.”

Gemma’s love of being out in nature has also fuelled her fitness drive.

“She’s moved house and is embracing the outdoors,” our source added. “She’s been swimming in her big pool, gardening and going for long countryside walks.”

Former TOWIE star Gemma, 40, has shed three-and-a-half stone and has been keeping her Instagram followers up to date with her health journey.
