Hi Amelia. Are you body confident?

Pretty confident. There’s always something you’d love to change. But I think, this is how I was made so just embrace it. When I was younger, I was like, “I hate my big bum!” But now, thanks to the Kardashians, I absolutely love it.

What’s your fitness regime?

I train with a PT two or three times a week. It’s not about getting skinny, it’s to feel good and get the endorphins flowing. Over lockdown, I found a new love for walking.
