Simon Cowell looked the picture of health as he stepped out for a walk in London last week with partner Lauren Silverman and their son Eric.

And a source close to the 61-year-old music mogul has told new that’s because he’s taking his health even more seriously now following the horrific bike accident he had last August.

Simon is said to have a whole new outlook on life after his experience – and is determined to shape up to make the most of his time with his family.
