The star – who is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Charles Drury in July – was rushed to hospital recently where she suffered a panic attack due to stress, so now friends have urged her to try this alternative calming method.
“My friend bought me some crystals,” Lauren exclusively told new. “I’ve been given crystals over the years but this is the first time I’m using them properly. You can wear these new ones all the time and I definitely believe in it all.”
She added, “I love having psychic readings and I need to cleanse these and wear these to see if they help with my anxiety.”
Lauren, 34, endured a horrifying ordeal recently when she couldn’t feel her baby move. After being advised by midwives to go to hospital, she suffered a panic attack which left her battling anxiety for days.
