New-mum pressures ‘overwhelm' Georgia

Georgia Kousoulou is finding the pressure of being a first-time mum “overwhelming” after admitting to fans she was “driving herself mad” trying to be a perfect mother, a source told new.

“Georgia has been open about how hard it is to be a new mum and the stress of getting everything right,” the source said. “The pressure of being a first-time mum has been really overwhelming for her. The pandemic has been a huge stress for everyone but being pregnant throughout it and being in lockdown was even more isolating. She missed out on a lot but she hopes things will get easier as life returns to normal.”

Last week Georgia, 30, opened up about her motherhood woes on social media and told followers she had been beating herself up about trying to be the “perfect” mum to son Brody – who she welcomed in May with boyfriend Tommy Mallet, 29.
