Perrie ‘I finally feel confident'

As the Little Mix star shows off her impressive body during a holiday in Ibiza, we chat to the fitness expert who put Perrie through her paces

Not only were we super jealous of Perrie Edwards’ sunshine break, but we were also in awe of her toned bikini body – which apparently took her just two weeks to achieve.

The Little Mix star called on her pal, dancer Danielle Peazer, to whip her into shape ahead of her holiday with her equally toned boyfriend, Liverpool footballer Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, 27. And unsurprsingly, she was happy to show off the results while on a paddleboard last week.

According to Danielle, Perrie’s washboard abs and super lean legs didn’t come easy as she followed the trainer’s tough DPM60 plan.

“We focused on full body work,” Danielle told new. “We did quite a lot of abs and lower body work – she said she enjoys that the most. So I had her doing a plank for two minutes, which is a very long time for anyone.
