Pete hits back ‘This is between Coleen and Rebekah'

Peter Andre has been dragged into the war of the WAGs as Coleen Rooney builds her case against Rebekah Vardy

The Wagatha Christie drama cranked up a notch last week when it was reported that Coleen Rooney is using Rebekah Vardy’s kiss and tell story about Peter Andre to build her case in court.

In explosive documents, Coleen’s lawyers have put forward the article from 2004, in which Becky discussed intimate details about their alleged fling and said he was “hung like a chipolata”, in a bid to prove it was Becky’s Instagram account which leaked stories about her to the press.

But new can reveal that Pete, 47, who has never publicly commented on the claims, feels he’s become embroiled in the scandal unnecessarily – and believes the WAG shouldn’t have involved him.

“Pete doesn’t understand why he’s been dragged into this – it’s nothing to do with him,” an insider told us. “This is between Coleen and Rebekah.”

Last week, Coleen, 34, also joked that Becky – who is suing her for libel – will “need all the money she can get” to take her on. And a second source has told new that Coleen has finally rediscovered her fighting spirit.
