Not only is he taking Ange to court – they will begin a custody trial on December 4 – but sources reveal that Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10, will have a chance to weigh in about both of their parents.

And multiple sources believe the kids will choose their father. ‘Brad would rather come to an out-of-court settlement,’ and avoid subjecting the kids to a traumatic court appearance, says the friend, ‘but it’s not looking good because of Angelina’s stance on getting primary physical custody.’ He now sees that the key to getting shared custody is letting the kids speak openly and honestly about their positive relationship with him, the friend adds. ‘Thankfully, the kids’ testimony about Brad will weigh heavily in the judge’s decision to give Brad custody.’
