MAFS' Davina ‘My Boobs Are Fake I'm Not!'

The Brissie model is keeping it real as she gets to know her new hubby.

As the foxy ‘Cheryl’ of this season’s Married at First Sight, Davina Rankin is well aware people will make their minds up about her very quickly. But even though we’ve already joined the glamorous Brisbane model, 26, on the most special day of her life – her wedding to TV partner Ryan, 29 – she’s adamant we don’t actually know her all that well, and we definitely shouldn’t underestimate her. ‘There’s a lot more to me than the pretty photos you see on the internet,’ says Davina, who boasts almost 250,000 followers on Instagram.

As a bubbly go-getter model, personal trainer and events entrepreneur, surely Davina doesn’t need to go on a dating show to find a man? But when she meets OK! for an exclusive shoot at sunny Balmoral Beach in Sydney, she tells us that after exhausting Tinder and Bumble (not to mention a failed stint on First Dates!), she’s turned to the experts to find herself a hubby…

Were you worried about how you’d be portrayed on-screen?

I figured out quite quickly that we all have our own characters. Obviously I’m the social media, socialite, bimbo-y type, but that’s fine.

There’s been some buzz about surgery…

Obviously I get filler in my lips. My mum’s from Papua New Guinea, so naturally they’re quite big, but I’m all for a little bit of enhancement! I don’t need them at all, I just like the look of a fuller lip. If I didn’t get injectables then I’d overline them anyway.

You’ve also had your boobs done, right?

Yeah, they’re so old now, but I love that my tits are still a topic of conversation! I got them done when I was 18, so nearly 10 years ago.
