The number of women who have come forward accusing Oscar-nominated director James Toback of sexual harassment and rape has climbed from the initial 38 to more than 300 – and among those is actress Selma Blair.

The 45-year-old claims that James, 72, sexually harassed her when she was 27 after being invited to audition for a role in Harvard Man in 1999. ‘That afternoon, I arrived at the [hotel] restaurant and sat down at a table. After a bit, the hostess came up to me and told me that James Toback could not make it down, but that he wanted me to meet him in his room. Against my better judgment, I went upstairs,’ Selma recalls.
