Carrie says in the letter that her motivation for sending the missive stems from genuine concern — but the handwritten note is doing nothing but causing turmoil for the royal family. Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, “was furious when the Vegas scandal originally broke, and was hoping it would be forgotten about over time,” says our source. “But this letter gives it new life.” Meanwhile, Meghan is most likely stewing over the showdown: One of her husband’s former flings is back! According to one royal whistleblower: “Meghan would definitely be pissed.”
