When it comes to fitness inspiration, it’s pretty hard to go past Pia Miller. The Aussie actress and all-around babe credits her amazing physique to regular workouts with top celeb trainer Jono Castano, who is known for training some of the best bods in the biz.

“Pia’s job and lifestyle means she is required to have more flexibility with training times,” Castano exclusively tells WHO. “For someone like Pia, we would focus on a mixture of conditioning and resistance training.”

Miller’s routine includes six workouts a week, consisting of two stretching sessions, two conditioning sessions and two sessions dedicated to resistance training.

Castano’s number one tip? “Forty-five minutes daily is what I preach to all my clients,” he tells WHO. “If it’s a hard workout or just a simple walk, try and aim for 45 minutes every day and just keep moving.”

He also recommends investing in a fitness tracker, and to use an app to track your calories to stay on top of your goals.

“One of the biggest mistakes I see is people train really hard and think they can counterbalance their food with training,” Castano adds. “If you have a big blow out on the weekend, that could be 3000 to 4000 calories [12,552 to 16,736 kJ]. To burn that off, you may need to do six hours of intense training.”
